I'm Not Running Away! Rāna impresses the group by playing their song despite no prior familiarity, though Anon is distressed about no longer being the band's lead figure. The group is invited to perform at Poppin'Party and Afterglow's joint concert, though Tomori refuses out of fear of repeating the events that led to CRYCHIC's demise. Taki and Anon argue over whether they should play until the former criticizes her poor work ethic. Offended, Anon runs away with Tomori following. At the aquarium, Anon admits she had studied in England after graduating middle school, but secretly returned to Japan after realizing she was unable to keep up with her peers overseas. Tomori reassures Anon that running away from her fears is natural and simply another means to find her calling, as Tomori had done before joining Anon's band.
