People started to doubt Hakuoro as they wondered why someone from Evankulga who upholds justice for the greater good bears grudge against Hakuoro. Meanwhile at the palace, Hakuoro is getting more frightened of what he really is after being told that he is a murder. Erurū came to talk to him, telling him that he is the kind Hakuoro that they know. Hakuoro's plan to defeat the Kuccha Keccha succeeds and he confronts Emperor Orikakan; Hakuoro tried to reason with him but Orikakan didn’t listen to him and attacked him. Hakuoro stopped him and he is asked by Orikakan to kill him. The emperor of Shikeripechim, Niwe killed Orikakan instead and told Hakuoro that he used Kuccha Kechha’s attack to awaken the demon inside Hakuoro by restoring Hakuoro’s memory.
