He must observe a Norman village in the year 912. Perched on a tree, things escalate when he jumps to the rescue of Laureline , a beautiful damsel in distress. In defiance of the law number 3 of time travel that prohibits changing the past or the future, Valerian saves Laureline from the claws of Tancarville Wilfrid , a cruel local lord.
