Dog Moran comes up with a plan to overthrow Al Catone's control of the docks: inform the Untouchables that the freighter "Caprice de Dieux" is heading for Cheesecago carrying a big shipment of contraband cheese for Catone. Elliot Mouse and his companions gain access to the port to confiscate the goods as soon as the boat is unloaded. An unexpected longshoremen's strike, however, frustrated Dog Moran's plans and the cheat of a gangster has to hire some henchmen at his pool hall to unload the cargo...
