Only Speedy-Ness can help, along with an enthusiastic Sporty-Ness to scare four fisherman away to get Sergeant McFuzz (by phoning him to tell a truthful joke) then Elspeth and Angus finally get to the bagpipe contest to give their father his bagpipes at last
