After Donnie finishes a new batch of retro-mutagen in hopes of returning Karai back to normal, the Turtles set out with April and Casey to search for her again. They find themselves being hunted by Zeck and Steranko (who were mutated by Shredder into the warthog and white rhinoceros mutants "Bebop and Rocksteady" at the end of the last episode) where they are sent to find Karai again as well.
