Leonardo gets lost following a stress signal while Krang invents a "Hyper-Thruster" to blow the Earth off its axis and to melt the ice. Technodrome is not at the bottom of the sea but it is back at the North Pole (which would allow the story to be set during season 5). There is also another bug, go and find it.
