The episode begins with Butters distributing flyers for a newly opened sushi restaurant, only to have each crumpled up and thrown aside as he goes from one individual to another. He eventually happens along Tuong Lu Kim, the owner of the Chinese restaurant City Wok, and gives him a flyer. Bewildered at the thought of a competing Asian restaurant, an angered Kim walks outside only to find the new restaurant, City Sushi, has opened next door. He enters the establishment and starts a fight with the owner, a Japanese man. Butters is then sent home by the police for indirectly starting an "Asian turf war"...
