While out with Jesse, Yumyulack shrinks an obnoxious patron and is surprised that Jesse is not concerned. Terry and Jesse are invited to a dinner party, but Korvo convinces them to let the whole family come. The man Yumyulack shrunk down discovers that since the apparent "death" of the Duke and the rise of Tim, the Wall has become a perfect utopia. At the dinner party, Korvo leaves embarrassed after everyone begins to think he is weird. An angry Korvo successfully declares dinner parties illegal. He and Yumyulack form a new police agency and begin arresting people hosting illegal dinner parties, but Terry continues to have secret dinner parties...
