This episode marks the formal debut of Baio Nishizawa, Momoka's father and head of the Nishizawa Group. When Momoka refuses to join her father in Scotland in favor of spending more time with Fuyuki, Mr. Nishizawa flies to Japan to meet with her instead, which gives Keroro the idea of pitting Keron's invasion force with the world-superpower-like Nishizawa group. When Momoka's current bodyguards fail to deter the superior forces of Nishizawa's black ops brigade, Keroro formally intervenes, and the first true interplanetary conflict begins, as Keron's invasion forces go toe to toe against Earth's greatest military superpower.
