The Otokojuku continue the Great Chime Yell of support Momotaro while Hidemaro struggles to hold the heavy flag off the ground. Date still holds Momotaro impaled on the sharp horns of his helmet, but Momotaro won't give up. When Date tries to finish Momotaro, he breaks free and they both end up clinging to the burning ropes. In a final assault, Momotaro cuts Date, and they fall into the Lake of Red Acid which emits noxious fumes. The monks throw down a rope strong enough to support one of them, and the fight continues. Momotaro hears the Great Chime Yell which gives him strength in the final attack to defeat Date...
