Otaru, Lime, Cherry, and Bloodberry are enjoying their first visit to an exciting city in Xian. When General Chao, a famous general in Xian, realizes Otaru is the hero who saved Terra II, he greets the party with wonderful hospitality. However, on the same night, Otaru collapses with an intense fever and Hanagata rushes to the rescue with a mysterious doctor.
