As the great drought continues in Mondland, Rouge predicts that a girl who controls water will bring the long-awaited rain. Kraken comes into the harbor with his pirate ship and explains to the people that it is he who drove away the rain clouds with the help of his Power Stone and wants to take the ruler hostage. Ayame dies in an attack by the ninjas. Falcon and his friends swear revenge. They challenge Kraken to battle the Power Stones. Ayame is reawakened by the energy of the Power Stones. Kraken sails out into the open sea.
