The oracle Nero tries to get hold of the belongings of the population by making a false prediction. Rouge foils this. Eventually it turns out that the real mastermind is the pirate captain Kraken. Another Power Stone can be found in Rouge's Crystal Ball. Ryoma is badly injured in a fight and is tended to by Rouge. Falcon is very skeptical.
