The Brave Asagi arrives in Paldea, reminding Liko that her travels with the Rising Volteccers would only be temporary. Liko is indecisive about remaining with the crew or her parents, causing Nyahoja to avoid her when she appears to start settling back into her old home. After overhearing her father, Alex, express his concerns for her since her departure to Kanto, Liko shares her feelings with the crew and resolves to continue her adventures with them, reconciling with Nyahoja and gaining Alex's approval. While discussing the black Rayquaza with Friede, Alex recalls a rare Pokémon sighting by the artist Colza in Bowl Town.
