Spider Ace of the Devil's Fang has come to the bank to take out Joker, but he ends up getting confused for a bank robber. Left with no other choice, he takes hostages and barricades himself in. When the police surround the building, he fires off a bazooka to disperse them. Diving in to save them is Rainbow Justice, a self-proclaimed superhero!
