When the original ARC Carrier is found during an undersea expedition, the Metajets must race to the ship to recover data containing the identities of Metajets members from the past 30 years. Johnny hopes to find clues to his father's disappearance in the wreck as well, as the ship crashed 9 years before, at the same time his father went missing. When Black Cloud learns of the ship though, the Metajets must find a way to fight not only in the sky but under the water.
