The ninja have arrived at Cloud Kingdom, where they begin their search for the Sword of Sanctuary while Wu, Nya, Misako and Ronin interrogate the captured Ghoul Tar. Back at the kingdom, the ninja are deceived by one of the kingdom's headmasters, who has some form of an alliance with Morro and has let him into the Kingdom. Morro manages to obtain the Sword of Sanctuary, but the ninja battle him for it, until he, Bansha and Soul Archer escape the kingdom on a ghostly skiff, with the ninja in pursuit. The ninja pursue Morro down the Wailing Alps, with everyone boarding the Bounty once more except Kai, who stays behind and takes the Sword of Sanctuary from Morro as Lloyd regains control of his body. The episode ends with the ninja flying off into the sunset on board the Bounty, ready for the next step of the mission.
