On the way they encounter a large group of fighters and the squadron fly out to engage them, but the pirates manage to outmaneuver them and board the Hagoromo, taking the crew hostage. The pirates demand that Isao resign and that he disband the Brotherhood of Freedom Union, or they will crash the Hagoromo into Ikesuka...
