Based on Brewster's Millions; Henry and Punky compete on a game show and are told they can win millions if they spend $1 million in a week. However, they can only spend so much on each expense, so they must get creative in different ways, such as Glomer making a racehorse lose and Punky finding different ways to help out an orphanage owned by a Catholic priest.
