After A-Bomb rescues Hulk and Leader, the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. and the Avengers gain help from Spider-Man, the Inhumans, Nick Fury's Howling Commandos, Ghost Rider, Devil Dinosaur, Thing, Doctor Strange, Mainframe, Deathlok, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and Goom when the Supreme Intelligence plans to destroy the Earth.
