Later, Sae invites Natsume to join the others for a christmas party at the Hidamari Apartments, where they eat food and have a present exchange. Despite her initial reservations, Natsume ends up having fun with everyone. As Sae walks Natsume back to the station, she learns Natsume is a fan of her books.
