Wanting to get out of the house, Stolas takes his moody teenage daughter Octavia to Loo Loo Land, an amusement park that she enjoyed as a child, and hires I.M.P. as their bodyguards. Blitzo watches over Stolas and Octavia, while Moxxie and Millie enjoy themselves at the park.
