On this day, the little brown rabbit discovers unusual tracks in the snow. The big brown rabbit explains to him that they came from a fawn. It also peeks out from behind a tree for a moment, but then immediately disappears again. Small brown deer are very shy. The little brown rabbit would like to have a new friend because it misses its friends who spend the winter in warmer climes or oversleep. The big brown rabbit tells him that he could meet the shy little deer if he approached him carefully and gained his trust. Together with the little field mouse, the little brown rabbit goes in search of the little deer.
