While returning from a British geology convention they mistook for a rock festival, Rex and Noah encounter Fitzy Feakins, an EVO who has the power to nullify EVO powers. Providence pursues the group aggressively in order to recover Fitzy, but Rex and Noah are able to defeat them, and find Fitzy a job working at a milkshake restaurant.
