Meanwhile, Winfield teams up with Sean Napier, who is appointed the Commander of entire Earth Resistance, and develops plans of coordinated assaults with other cell leaders. On Tethys, Marsh wins a ritual duel against Jubail but Pirate leader Simbacca is still reluctant to ally himself with Exofleet.
