A large-scale power outage centered on downtown Beiron City. It was a D disaster caused by a giant hornworm-shaped demonic possession. Shu, who has obtained detailed information on the possession of the devil from somewhere, decides that it is a "work to be done" and turns his hand from behind through Ayano. Thus, the usual dumping reveals a significant new fact about demonic possession, just as Shu's company seemed to have won the bid. At the discretion of those who took the situation seriously, bidding was suspended and Shu was excluded from disaster preparedness.
