When Ethel unexpectedly dies, she goes to the afterlife and finds out how beautiful it is. Before she can be reunited with her husband, however, it is revealed that she is only unconscious and will wake up. Anxious to soon return to the afterlife, Ethel goes on TV and tells the viewers how wonderful it is. Unfortunately for Ethel, the afterlife has its own message for her. This episode features a parody recreation of Unsolved Mysteries called "Mysteries That Haven't Been Solved Yet" featuring Earl and Roy Burying Ethel and guest star Buddy Hacket as the voice of Ethel's late husband Grandpa Louie
