The Northern Kyushu Mystery Tour (Kokura Arc) Ran and Conan accompanied Kogoro to Kokura, Fukuoka for the Japanese Detective League award ceremony to accept his Best Detective Award. Kogoro decide to visit his senior from the MPD, Fukamachi Torazo, who now runs a company in Kokura. Ran decided to go sightseeing while Kogoro and Conan headed over to his office to surprise him. However, they learnt that he was hospitalised for an injury. Kiriyama Eisaku, the Managing Director request for Kogoro’s help as various places in their office has been vandalised with the word “Tiger.” They believed it is the work of Fukamachi’s son Torahiko in order to threaten Kiriyama.
