Vlad concocts a plan to humiliate Danny into hiding, unbeknownst to him that the world will need a hero when an asteroid, nicknamed the "Disasteroid", hurtles toward Earth, threatening not only Earth, but the Ghost Zone as well. Vlad reveals his ghost half to the entire world in an attempt to gain world domination, but he fails. Danny convinces every ghost to turn the whole Earth intangible to save it. Jazz decides to tell her parents Danny's secret after the Fenton jet crashes and they think Danny is inside. Danny reveals his secret to the world and is accepted with great enthusiasm. He gets a statue of his likeness erected in the capital city of every country in his honor and ends up finally dating Sam.
