The gang visits the town of Littlefield just in time for an upcoming mayoral election. After the ghost of the town founder scares one of the mayoral candidates off, Velma makes a bold move and decides to run for mayor in order to lure out the ghost. She quickly realizes that making decisions in politics and catering to the voters' desires is a lot tougher than it appears.
