Chacha, Riiya, and Shiine begin attending the same school Dorothy and Seravy once attended. Their teacher is Mr. Rascal, a man who likes to "whip" his students into shape but who is also very emotional and protective of his students. Sent by Sorges and disguised as a blackboard eraser in order to keep an eye on Chacha, a spy hits the principal and causes Mr. Rascal begins to act peculiar. On top of that, Yakko, one of their classmates, becomes jealous that Chacha has been "hogging" Seravy in the mountains for so long and challenges her to a duel.
