But the Tokyo City Summit is nigh, and the government wants them to put their resources into protecting the new city hall. But when Mythos gets his hands on video proving Inagi's misdeeds, he plays it in the middle of the summit! An infuriated Bird reveals himself and takes over the Summit space elevator, claiming he'll use it to destroy Tokyo!
