Once Bill the Lab Guy gets done with the operation, everything seems to be back to normal—except the fact that The Chief and Mayor’s faces have been switched! Being the dullards that they are, the Action League begin taking orders from The Mayor, while The Chief is imprisoned. Could things get any worse?!
